As the founder of Rapid Pack Fulfilment, I built a multi-site 3PL from scratch — scaling fast, solving real-world complexity, building systems when off-the-shelf tools couldn’t keep up. I’ve run warehouses, hired teams, managed messy cashflow, dealt with client churn, built software, and survived board meetings where the pressure was real.
What I saw — again and again — was that founders weren’t just struggling with logistics or tools.
They were overloaded, unclear, and flying blind.
